Environmental Health and Safety Manager - Minnesota

BS Safety, Engineering or related degree; Masters or CSP certification is a plus. Must have at least five years of hands-on Safety experience from manufacturing plants, union experience preferred. Experience with: safety training, safety compliance and auditing, machine-guarding, leading the safety function for a large plant; behavioral-based safety, OSHA VPP or other progressive safety processes are preferred. Must have experience in implementing plant safety programs in a resistant-to-change setting; must be able to change the overall safety culture of a site.
