IH Manager - Central States
BS in Engineering, Safety or related plus a
minimum of 5 years of experience in a similar role. Prior
experience managing health and safety programs for
multiple locations is desired. Certified Industrial
Hygienist preferred. Skilled in areas of health and safety
program development and implementation, incident
investigations, root cause analysis and driving
improvements, as well as, identifying key safety risks and
appropriate mitigation controls selected and implemented.
Must be able to develop relationships at all levels within
an organization and participate in cross-site networking
to ensure best practices. Must be willing and able to
travel 40-50%. Relocation assistance is available and all
