Professionals!
Title: Sr. Manager, Safety
Department head for Safety at Wells’ Dairy. Looking
for an individual that has a Safety professional
background and that shares the leadership responsibility
for an effective Wells’ Dairy Occupational Safety
Program at a multi-site or company-wide level.
This role provides day-to-day oversight of safety
activities at their respective facilities and
coordinating the activities of Department Management
Staff. Integrates in matrix working relationship
with Executive Staff and Corporate Safety .
Contributes to the fulfillment of the Wells’ Dairy
vision by designing, implementing and maintaining
department programs, policies, and procedures, to
safeguard and support employees, customers/consumers
products and the company.
