Seeks Senior Environment of Care Specialist, JCAHO
experience preferred.
Responsible for directing the Group Environment of Care
regulatory compliance program for FMG and the Charlotte
facilities in specialty EC areas. Directs and
manages an ongoing organization-wide process to collect
information about deficiencies and opportunities for
improvement in the Environment of Care Management
Programs. Under limited supervision, provides
comprehensive customer technical safety consulting
services. Conducts extensive research, data
collection, evaluation, and analysis in order to make
recommendations to control sources of risk. Serves
as a technical expert in specialty EC areas.
Strong leadership qualities, communication, and
listening skills in order to develop and maintain
relationships with internal departments and customers.
Understands and practices communicating important
technical environmental, health, and safety related
information to facilities within their responsibility.
Proven ability to deal with all levels of an
organization. Maintains advanced competency in
understanding and applying specific departmental
services and techniques and/or has a solid understanding
of all services within the realm of their
responsibility.
