perhaps a once-in-a-lifetime opportunity for the right person. We need
an energetic person with passion and heart that is fully prepared to
immerse themself into learning this business. You must be persistent,
hard working and willing to learn new skills. We expect a
whatever-it-takes attitude and total dedication…and we are willing to
pay for it! You must be the type that can perform without constant
supervision.
This is truly a rare opportunity. We are the local Authorized DeTech
Dealer, the industry leader in home fire safety education and
protection. DeTech is proud to be a member in good standing with the
Direct Selling Association. We have a unique and fun educational program
for families, businesses and other groups about home fire safety. We
also supply and install a complete line of affordable high-quality home
fire protection equipment. A complete company orientation is available
upon request. Our company’s fast growth has exposed the need to create
a “model” office locally to use as a regional training center. We
are in need of someone to take over and grow operations of our Ohio
office with additional offices to be opened in Kentucky, Indiana and
Tennessee. We want the type of person that will “take ownership” of
this office. We are fully prepared and anxious to mentor the right
person to create a six-figure income within the first year.
Full-time or Part-Time positions available. You will be working with
passionate professionals. Our goal is to personally mentor one person to
take over operations of our sales office. The duties of the position are
vast and can vary according to your skills, but include educating
groups, businesses, and families with scripted presentation about the
dangers of home fire, the latest technology available and how it
compares. Also estimating and assisting with purchase decisions and
installation. Must learn to assist with training and management of
assigned team. Complete training – extensive classroom, video,
Internet and field training provided. You must look forward to becoming
the head of an advanced marketing team if qualified. Depending on
qualifications, income can range from 52K to 76K. 100K+ possible within
1 year.
We will train a person with desire in all areas, but the most qualified
candidates will have:
A Strong desire to succeed. Direct sales experience or desire to learn.
Organizational skills. Experience in management of commissioned
salespeople. Emerging leadership skills. Willingness to lead by example.
Numerous bonuses, trips and awards for performance, can qualify for
residual income.
