in the Kansas City area!

construction and engineering firms.
Our client, located in Kansas City, KS, a leader in the
manufacturing industry, currently seeks a Safety Manager.
The Safety Manager is responsible for:
•Managing plant safety and occupational health by
enforcing plant’s policies and procedures as well as
ensuring that training is completed and required
•Performing safety program studies to identify problem
areas and develop loss control goals and procedures
•Working closely with Union bargaining board and Safety
Committees to improve safety performance
•Running the plant’s Safety RIA process
•Supervising industrial hygiene monitoring, evaluating
test results, and recommending appropriate action
Candidates must have:
•A Bachelor’s Degree
•Experience within a union manufacturing facility
•5-7 years in safety/health activity
•A desire to be hands-on to work directly with employees
to implement solutions
•MUST have implemented a Behavioral Safety System
Compensation:
•$ 80,000.00 - $ 100,000.00
