Benefits & Features of submitting a Confidential Mini-Resume: After your resume is received, reviewed, and accepted, two things will happen. First, your confidential mini-resume will be posted on SafetyEmployment.com for the benefit of employers and recruiters. Your name & contact information are not posted to help protect your confidentiality. When a recruiter or prospective employer reads your confidential mini-resume and decides to contact you, the recruiter or employer will compose an email message to you and send the email message to us. We then forward that email message on to you at the email address provided. It is entirely your decision whether to contact the recruiter or employer in return. Your name, address, etc. are not posted with the resume. Second, after your resume is received, reviewed, and accepted, we notify a list of recruiters that your resume is posted and that you are available for employment. This isn't just a group of generic recruiters, these are recruiters that typically specialize in safety and related employment searches. If you had our complete list of safety recruiters, you could take the time to contact each one individually, but we've made that process easy. Just submit your resume and we'll do the distribution work. Exclusive Feature: We're sometimes asked why we no longer post long detailed candidate resumes. Employers & recruiters are busy people. When they visit SafetyEmployment.com to locate candidates for an available position, we want them to find an effective & efficient means of finding qualified candidates. We surveyed a number of employers & recruiters and asked how we could improve our resume posting process. They told us that rather than spending hours reviewing page after page of detailed candidate resumes, they had rather quickly review a brief summary of each candidate. Then, if the candidate meets the general criteria for the position, the employer or recruiter will contact the candidate (through our confidential system outlined above) and ask for a more detailed resume be provided directly to the employer or recruiter. We developed our confidential mini-resume format based on those communications from employers & recruiters. You will be provided the opportunity to submit a confidential mini-resume using our easy online form during the full subscription process. To become a full subscriber now, click here
