•Regional ESH management responsibilities for 4 facilities with 1500
plus employees combined including:
•Safety/environmental management of engineering, manufacturing
processes for automotive fluid handling components.
•Management and development of Environmental Management Systems for
4 facilities, All 4 are now registered to ISO 14001Standards, Passed
R.A.B. (registrar governing body) ISO Lead Auditor exam.
•Collateral corporate safety and environmental auditor for ITT
nationally.
•Provision of all pertinent training, including tracking of all
recurrent training.
•Computerized training/record keeping for ESH regulatory compliance.
•Implemented solvent substitution programs for 2 of the 4 plants
under my ESH management, which resulted in a cost savings of $100,000

engineering support for propellant research and development facility.
•Developed launch strategy and implementation schedule for a
behavior based safety program for multiple TRW facilities.
•Implemented company ergonomic program which included, job task
evaluation, discomfort surveys with analysis, and management/employee
training; environments included office, engineering and manufacturing.
•Safety, health, environmental compliance program development and
implementation assistance to line management and supervisory staff.
•Provision of all pertinent training, including tracking of all
recurrent training.
•Job safety analysis, process hazard analysis, personal protective
equipment analysis, and lockout/tag out machine specific processes.
•Received U.S./foreign patent and TRW, Inc.’s highest recognition
award for innovation in the development of an air bag and seat belt
component recycling process that has saved the company over 10 million
dollars to date.
