Safety Consultant and OSHA Trainer - Kansas City area 

Kansas City area; Safety Consultant and OSHA Trainer needed (CSP, CIH preferred)

OCCU-TEC, Inc. a Kansas City based company founded as a consulting and training firm providing specialized solutions for clients to effectively manage environmental, occupational safety and health risk, control their operational costs, and improve overall productivity is in need of an experienced project manager/trainer.

Position requires a Bachelors of Science degree in safety management, industrial hygiene, occupational safety, or similar and 5-7 year’s experience. The successful candidate will have at least 5 years of occupational safety and health classroom training experience, as well as having experience in delivering instructor-led online training solutions, both synchronous and asynchronous.

Independently motivated and ability to manage multiple client portfolios a must. Business development and marketing aptitude is also a must. Must be an authorized OSHA instructor, and CSP and/or CIH preferred.

• OSHA 10/30 Hour General Industry/Construction training
• Safety Management Training
• Risk Assessments / Risk Management
• Industrial Hygiene / Asbestos training experience
• Project Management
• Business Development and Marketing
